Imelda Romualdez Marcos Foundation

Founding Charter

Intellectual stewardship across regions

Established to bridge geographic and institutional divides, the foundation convenes academic symposiums, funds seminar cohorts, and distributes curricula to educators across all provinces.

Provincial Mandate

Campuses beyond capitals

Educational development falters when advanced discourse remains confined to major metropolitan centers. Our earliest programs funded seminar reference holdings and regional symposium venues across provincial state colleges.

Today, that commitment continues through fully funded travel stipends for visiting lecturers and open seminar proceedings distributed directly to municipal libraries and remote research desks.

Academic Standards

Principles of public scholarship

Curricular autonomy forms the bedrock of every symposium. Keynotes and working groups are chaired by credentialed faculty and practicing specialists, operating independently of commercial sponsors or partisan agendas.

Proceedings, digital transcripts, and symposium workbooks are deposited into open public access within forty days of session completion, guaranteeing unrestricted access for independent scholars and students nationwide.

Official Registry

Institutional dispatch

Campus deans, research institutions, and academic convenors may submit formal partnership proposals, venue accreditation requests, or syllabus access inquiries directly to the executive secretariat.
